What this website collects

• The site uses no cookies and contains no analytics or advertising trackers.
• The booking form stores nothing on the site. What you type becomes a ready-made WhatsApp message on your own device; whether to send it is up to you.
• Vercel, which hosts the site, may process technical records such as your IP address on each visit for security and to deliver the service.

Data we process when you contact us

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process your name, phone number, email address, transfer details (pick-up, destination, date, time, number of passengers, flight number) and anything else you share in your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, give you a price, make your booking, carry out the transfer and meet our legal obligations. Legal bases: entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f); where the GDPR applies, Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f).

Who it is shared with

Your data is used only for the purposes above; it is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. It may be shared with the competent authorities where the law requires.

When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages travel through WhatsApp's infrastructure and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. Our email service is provided by Turhost.

How long it is kept

Your data is kept for as long as your request and the service require, and for the retention periods set by law; it is then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing and claim compensation for damage.
